Return and alteration Policy

Our Philosophy

Every piece we create is a singular work of art, hand-crafted to your specific measurements and design preferences. Because our garments are made exclusively for you and cannot be restocked or resold, we do not offer standard refunds or exchanges. Instead, we are dedicated to ensuring your garment fits perfectly through our "Perfect Fit" Alteration Commitment.


Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our work, all bespoke items are final sale. We invest significant time and premium materials into every project; therefore, we cannot accept returns for reasons of:

  • Change of mind or style preference.
  • Misjudging color or fabric texture.
  • Fit changes due to personal weight fluctuations or body composition changes.


Our "Perfect Fit" Alteration Commitment

We want you to love your piece. If your garment does not fit as discussed during your fitting/consultation, we are here to help.

  • Complimentary Adjustments: If a garment requires minor adjustments to reach the desired fit (e.g., sleeve length, hem, or waist suppression), we offer complimentary alterations within 14 days of you receiving your order.
  • The Adjustment Process: Please contact us at [Your Email Address] with clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and guide you on the next steps, whether that is visiting our studio or sending the garment back to us for professional correction.
  • Limitations: We cannot alter a garment if it has been worn, laundered, or modified by a third party.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If you believe your item is defective or does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  1. Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect the garment to determine if there is a manufacturing defect or an error in following your design specifications.
  2. Remediation: If a clear defect or error on our part is identified, we will prioritize:
    • Repairing the garment to the correct specification.
    • Remaking the garment if a repair is not viable.

If you have concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to reach out. To ensure the fastest resolution, please include the following in your email to info@mrhaque.ca with the subject line 'Alteration Request order number [Insert Order # ]':

  • Description of Concern: Detailed explanation of the fit or quality issue.
  • Supporting Media: Clear, well-lit photos of the garment being worn (if applicable) or close-ups of the area of concern.
